我国住宅建筑节能保温的必然性与挑战

Necessity and Challenges of Energy Saving and Thermal Insulation of China's Residential Buildings

随着我国对住宅节能工作的重视与不断发展,作为基础工作的建筑外墙保温正越发受到重视,尤其是外墙外保温系统。然而,近几年来保温材料引发建筑火灾严重事故时有发生,使得国内业内人士对保温系统的安全性和必要性产生质疑。文章总结了国内外住宅保温的现状,指出了我国发展外墙外保温虽然道路曲折,但其必要性毋庸置疑,并对在我国大力发展外保温提出了建议。

As China attaches importance to and constantly develops residential energy saving,the thermal insulation of external walls of buildings as the basic work especially the external thermal insulation systems of external walls is receiving more and more attention. However,serious fire accidents of buildings caused by thermal insulation materials occur from time to time in recent years,which make China＇s domestic people in the industry raise doubts about the safety and necessity of thermal insulation systems. The article sums up the current situation of thermal insulation of domestic and foreign housing,points out its necessity is undoubted although the road for China to develop external thermal insulation of external walls is tortuous,and puts forward suggestions on vigorously developing external thermal insulation in China.
