摘要
常化炉是舞钢中厚板热处理工艺的主要设备,近几年来钢板常化辊印严重影响子舞钢的产品质量。本文针对钢板产生辊印的原因作定性分析并提出相应的预防措施。
Normalizing furnace is the major equipment for heat treatment process of medium and heavy plate of Wuyang Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. In recent years, normalizing roller marks on plate seriously affect product quality of Wuyand Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. This article makes a qualitative analysis of cause of roller marks on plate and puts forward appropriate preventive measures
