摘要
应用直流电弧原子发射光谱法同时测定铌钛合金中的9种杂质元素。对摄谱仪器参数、缓冲剂、分析谱线进行了优化选择。测试结果表明,用这种方式测定各元素的下限为5×10^-4%~3×10^-3%,测定的相对标准偏差≤18%,回收率在85%-111%之间。该方法具有简便、快速、准确的特点。
AES with D. C. electric arc excitation was applied to the determination of impurities in Nb - Ti alloy. The experimental condi- tions were optimized by studying the effect of buffer composition, the conditions of instruments and the analytical lines. The detection limits of various elements determinated are found to be from 5×10^-4% to 3×10^-3%. The relative standard deviations are less than 18% and the standard recovery rate is between 85% -111%. The test method has the advantages of high accuracy and high efficiency.
