车辆变速箱声振耦合系统的声学特性研究 被引量:8

摘要 运用声振耦合有限元理论,建立某型车辆变速箱复杂箱体、内部空腔及其构成的耦合系统的有限元模型,并分别进行相应的模态分析;在模态分析的基础上,运用多模型耦合法研究耦合系统的外部噪声响应。分析得到变速箱在声振耦合作用下的声学特性及噪声辐射规律。为进一步展开变速箱的降噪研究提供理论依据和思路。 The theory of acoustic-structure coupling finite element are built for a complex gearbox' s housing、sealed cavity and whole structural.Based on it' s modal analysis the noise response outside of gearbox is studied using a multi-model coupling method.Accordingly,the acoustic characteristics of the coupling system are obtained.This study provides a foundation for noise control of the gearbox.
