摘要
齿轮传动过程中由于弹性橡胶片和齿间间隙的存在而产生的振动是一类非线性振动,本文主要从理论和实验两方面对此类振动进行研究。首先建立振动的力学模型,利用实验结果验证了数值计算方法的正确性,之后对系统在不同参数下的动力学响应进行了仿真,并对系统所展现的复杂动力学现象进行分析。
The vibration due to the elastic rubber pieces and backlashes within the gear meshes during transmission is a kind of nonlinear vibration.This paper presents a theoretical model for this process and attempts to study this vibration from both the theoretical and experimental aspects.The vibration model is established and the simulation is carried out.It is found that the results of simulation agree very well with the experimental results.Then,the dynamic behaviors of the gear system under different conditions are simulated,and some complex dynamic phenomena of the system are presented and analyzed.
