摘要
对某型客车车身结构的有限元模型并进行了有限元模态分析;将计算结果与实车试验的模态数据进行比较,验证了模型的正确性。基于模态分析的结果,提出了车身减振降噪的改进方案,对改进前后车身模型的车内噪声进行计算分析。结果表明,该改进方案能有效降低车内的低频噪声。
The finite element model of a vehicle' s body is established,and the modal analysis of this model is conducted.Results of computation are compared with experimental ones.The validity of the finite element model is verified. Based on the results of modal analysis,the improvement scheme for vibration reduction and noise control of the vehicle' s body is proposed.Then,the interior noises of the vehicle' s body before and after the improvement are computed and analyzed.The result indicates that the improvement scheme can reduce the low frequency interior noise of the vehicle' s body effectively.
