摘要
大连市长李万才在2010年1月12日的市第十四届人大三次会议上所作《政府工作报告》中提出"大连全域城市化"这一发展战略。这一战略的提出对城市化水平较高的大连发展意义重大。报告分析了大连城市化现状及其实施全域城市化的条件,对大连如何全面顺利地展开这一发展新框架作了有益的探讨。
