高旭与吉田松阴

Gao Xu and Yoshida Shoin

与同时代的康有为、梁启超等人一样,高旭对日本幕末时期志士吉田松阴非常推崇,称之为"先觉",思想上也受其较深影响,这与当时中国的时局、中国知识阶层的吉田松阴热以及中国人当时的日本观密切相关。除了受改良派影响外,德富苏峰对吉田松阴的评价、尤其是把他与玛志尼相比较,也对高旭及其同时代的人认识吉田松阴产生了非常重要的影响。

Like scholars as Kang You-wei and Liang Qi-chao,Gao Xu admired those with ideals and integrity such as Yoshida Shoin in late Japanese Muhu Times and regarded them as ＂prophets＂.Such a deep influence in his mentality was closely related to Chinese political and social situation,to a cultic worship of Yoshida Shoin in Chinese Academies,and Chinese people＇s viewpoint to Japan at that time.Aside from the influence of reformists,Yokutomi Sohou＇s comments,and especially his analogy of Yoshida Shoin to Mazzini all exerted strong influences on people＇s knowledge of Yoshida Shoin,including Gao Xu＇s and that of his contemporaries.
