摘要
针对杭州湾上虞工业园区20kV配电网建设,制定了主要规划技术原则和供电侧、客户侧升压改造策略;在此基础上进行110kV、20kV配电网规划,制定了由10kV升压至20kV的方案;从20kV供电的技术优势、节约用地、节能减排、降低电网投资等角度进行应用成效分析。
The main technical principles of planning and boost transformation strategy on power supply side and customer side are developed in accordance with the construction of 20 kV distribution network in Shangyu Industrial Park of Hangzhou Bay. On that basis, the planning of the 110 kV and 20 kV distribution networks are carried out And the scheme of boosting from 10 kV to 20 kV is stipulated. The application ef- fects are analyzed in terms of technical advantages, economical use of land, energy saving and emission reduction and investment slashing.
