出世与入世的抉择——张其昀从政原因浅析

Choice on Withdraw from the Business of the World or Participate in the Social Life——Preliminary Analysis on Zhang Qiyun's Political Career

张其昀是中国现代著名的史地学家、教育学家。出世与入世是中国近代知识分子所面临的一个艰难抉择。张其昀在1949年前,试图调和出世与入世之间的关系,兼任"政治人"与"文化人"的双重角色,便在1939年加入国民党,以学者的身份活跃在政治舞台上。1949年后,张其昀受儒家思想意识的影响,同时为报答蒋介石的知遇之恩,选择了入世,接受了蒋介石的邀请,弃学从政,进入台湾国民党政府。在政治领域,张其昀仍承担着一名"文化人"的职责,为台湾的文化出版事业和各级教育事业贡献良多。

Zhang Qiyun is a famous historic geography expert and educator in modern Chinese history.Whether to withdraw from the business of the world or participate in the social life is a difficult choice for all scholars during that time.Before 1949,Zhang Qiyun attempted to solve the conflict of ＂withdrawing from the business of the world or participating in the social life＂ by playing double roles,that is,took part in the Party of Kuomintang in 1939 and at the same time,he also played an important part in politics as a scholar.After 1949,Zhang Qiyun was affected by Confucian ideology,in order to express his gratitude for Jang Jieshi for receiving his help,he chose to participate into the social life actively,and he accepted Jiang＇s invitation by working as a member of the government of Kuomintang in Taiwan.Then he gave up his research and devoted into politics.In political field,Zhang Qiyun still undertook the responsibility of a ＂scholar＂,and he contributed a lot to the publishing and educating area at all fields of Taiwan.
