Based on the electric access layout of the fifth phase project of Helanshan Wind Power Station of Ningxia Power Generation Group,the article gives a brief account on its access ways,the main connection,equipment,overvoltage protection and grounding,all electric illumination and electric equipment layout,during it is constructed.
