高效液相色谱法测定胆立清胶囊中的槲皮素含量

Determination of Quercetin Content in Danliqing Capsule by HPLC

目的:建立胆立清胶囊中的槲皮素含量的测定方法。方法:采用Lichrospher C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.4%磷酸(50:50)为流动相,检测波长为360nm。结果:槲皮素的回归方程:Y=7414.2X+0.1162 r=0.9999,线性范围为1-16μg/mL;平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=2.00%(n=5)。结论:方法简便、专属、准确,能有效地控制胆立清胶囊的质量。

Objective：To establish HPLC method for the determination of quercetin content in Danliqing capsule.Methods：Adopting LichrospherC18 chromatographic column,methanol：0.4% phosphoric acid（50：50）as the mobile phase,Ultraviolet detection wavelength at 360nm.Results：Regression equation As：Y = 7414.2X ＋0.1162 r=0.9999.The Linear Range of Quercetin was at 1-16μg/mL.The average recovery rate is 98.6%,RSD=2.00%（n=5）.Conclusion：The method provides to be simple,efficient,sensitive and can be applied to quality control of Danliqing capsules.
