HPLC法测定胃乐饮料中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Weile Drink by HPLC

目的:控制胃乐饮料的内在质量。方法:胃乐饮料样品经微孔滤膜过滤后,采用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量,使用C18色谱柱,异丙醇-水-冰醋酸(6.5∶93.3∶0.2)为流动相.检测波长230nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果:芍药苷线性范围0.09~0.81μg,相关系数r=0.99984。结论:样品处理方法合理,方法学考察符合定量要求,结果准确,可用于胃乐饮料中芍药苷的含量测定。

Objective：To control the quality of Weile Drink.Methods：After the samples were microporous membrane filtratio,using HPLC Modified Weile Drink Paeoniflorin content,the use of C18,Isopropanol-water-acetic acid glacial（6.5∶93.3∶0.2）as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 230nm.the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^（-1）.Results：Paeoniflorin linear range of 0.09～0.81μg,the correlation coefficient r = 0.99984.Conclusion：Sample reasonable approach,methodology study with quantitative requirements,and accuracy of the results that can be used Weile Drink Paeoniflorin Determination.
