冠心病患者血尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白检测的临床意义 被引量:6

Clinical significance of measurement of serum uric acid and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的:观察冠心病患者血清尿酸(UA)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)含量的变化及临床意义。方法:96例冠心病患者根据冠脉造影结果分为单支病变组(30例)、双支病变组(50例)和三支病变组(16例),测定其UA、hs-CRP水平,并且与42例冠脉造影正常的胸痛患者(正常对照组)比较。结果:与正常对照组的UA含量(329.81±42.25)mmol/L,hs-CRP含量(2.69±0.81)mg/L相比,冠心病组的UA、hs-CRP含量均明显增加(P均〈0.001),且随着病变支数的增加(单支,双支,三支病变),UA、hs-CRP含量明显增加[UA(359.97±32.09)mmol/L:(383.32±39.31)mmol/L∶(420.81±36.47)mmol/L,hs-CRP(4.06±1.02)mg/L∶(6.36±0.78)mg/L∶(8.10±0.64)mg/L,P〈0.05~〈0.01],UA、hs-CRP水平与病变积分呈正相关(r=0.857,P〈0.001;r=0.915,P〈0.05)。结论:尿酸、高敏C反应蛋白含量与冠心病病变程度成正相关,是冠心病的危险因素。 Objective:To observe changes and clinical significance of levels of serum uric acid(UA) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:According to result of coronary angiography,96 CHD patients were divided into single-vessel coronary disease group(n=30),double-vessel coronary disease group(n=50) and triple-vessel coronary disease group(n=16).Levels of UA and hs-CRP of patients were measured and compared with those of 42 persons with normal coronary angiography(normal control group).Results:Compared with normal control group,UA level(329.81±42.25) mmol/L,hs-CRP level(2.69±0.81) mg/L significantly increased in CHD group(P0.001 all).As degree of coronary disease increased(single-vessel,double-vessel,triple-vessel coronary disease),its levels of UA and hs-CRP increased,UA respectively was:(359.97±32.09) mmol/L vs.(383.32±39.31) mmol/L vs.(420.81±36.47) mmol/L,hs-CRP respectively was:(4.06±1.02) mg/L vs.(6.36±0.78) mg/L vs.(8.10±0.64) mg/L,P0.05~0.001.Levels of UA and hs-CRP were positively correlated with histopathologic scores(r=0.857,P0.001;r=0.915,P0.05).Conclusion:Levels of uric acid and high sensitivity C-reactive protein are positively correlated with coronary heart disease and they are risk factors for coronary heart disease.
