摘要
目的:优选刺五加的水提取工艺条件。方法:用HPLC法测定其中的有效成分紫丁香苷含量,采用正交试验法,以紫丁香苷的转移率(%)及干膏收率(%)为考察指标。结果:刺五加的最佳水提取工艺为:加10倍量的水煎煮2次,每次3小时。结论:含量测定方法准确,提取工艺合理可行。
Objective：To study the optimal extraction conditions of Radix Acanthopanacis Senticosi.Methods：The content of syringoside was determined by HPLC,Orthogonal experimental design was adopted.The indexes were the yield of extract and the content transfer rate of syringoside in the extract.Results：The best extraction conditions：decocting them 2 times in 10 times water,3 hours at one time.Conclusion：The extraction procedure is stable and feasible.
