不同肥料配方对银杏叶片叶绿素及含水量的影响

Effects of Different Fertilizer Formulas on Chlorophyll and Water Contents in Leaves of Ginkgo biloba L.

以生长健壮的3年生银杏为试材,研究了不同肥料配方叶面喷施对银杏观赏叶片生长季节叶绿素a、b含量变化及叶片含水量的影响。结果表明:叶面喷肥处理能提高银杏叶片叶绿素a含量,且使第2个高峰期比对照提前1个月,但不能改变叶绿素a生长季节的变化动态。5～9月份各喷肥处理叶片叶绿素b含量均高于对照,到10月份PF2、PF4仍高于对照。叶面喷肥在一定程度上可以提高叶片含水量,但差异不明显。综合分析认为,以PF4处理即叶面喷施0.5%尿素和0.5%磷酸二氢钾效果较好,在一定程度上可以提高银杏叶片夏秋季的观赏价值。

With the robust 3-year-old Ginkgo biloba as material,the content variation of chlorophyll a,b and water in leaves were studied under the foliage application of different fertilizer formulas.The results showed that foliage dressing could increase the chlorophyll a content and bring the second peak forward for one month compared to the check,but could not change its dynamics in growing period.The chlorophyll b content in leaves of the foliage dressing treatments was more than that of the check from May to September,and even in October,that of PF2 and PF4 treatments was still more.Foliage dressing could increase the water content of leaves at a certain degree,which was not significant.The comprehensive analysis results showed that the PF4 treatment with foliage application of 0.5% urea and 0.5% monopotassium phosphate had better effect and could enhance the ornamental value of Ginkgo biloba leaves in summer and autumn.
