摘要
以猪传染性胸膜肺炎放线杆菌血清5型外膜蛋白为试材,分别用1、4、7、10、13、16、19、22、25μg/只的剂量对80只30日龄的小白鼠进行攻毒试验,结果其对小白鼠的最适免疫剂量为16μg/只。
The different doses,1,4,7,10,13,16,19,22,25 μg per mouse,of serotype 5 of outer membrane protein from Actinobacillus pleuropneumonia were inoculated in eighty 30-day-old white mice.The results showed that the optimum immune dose was 16 μg per mouse.
