摘要
在分析炮泥侵蚀机理及影响炮泥质量的因素的基础上,开发了高性能有水炮泥。高炉使用这种高性能有水炮泥后,铁口合格率由以前的83%提高到100%。
The erosion mechanism of taphole clay and the factors influencing on the quality of taphole clay were analysed in this paper. According to analysis, a kind of high performance water-bearing taphole clay was developed. The percentage of standard taphole arose from 83% to 100% after the taphole clay was used to tapholes of blast furnace.
