摘要
港口机械吊装频繁,配套的电缆经常需要做高速移动,承受较大的拉力和弯曲,而传统的软电缆通常使用半年左右即发生各种破损故障,影响使用。根据港口机械用拖曳软电缆的使用条件及其相关的国内外资料,对其主要技术要求、产品结构设计和材料选择进行了分析,研制了一种新型的港口机械用拖曳软电缆,经国家电线电缆质量监督检验中心检验,产品符合或超过国内外相关标准的规定,符合使用的要求。
Frequent loading & unloading by harbour cranes make the corresponding cables often move at high speed, withstanding large pulling and bending stresses. Under these harsh service conditions, the traditional cables will fail after half year' s service. The authors analyzed the technical requirements, construction design and selection of materials of the trailing cables for harbour cranes on the basis of the cable service conditions and related data at home and abroad and developed successfully a new type of trailing cables for harbour cranes. Testing by the National Quality Supervision and Testing Centre for Electric Wires and Cables demonstrated that the new type of cables meet or exceed the requirements of related Chinese and foreign standards hence are suitable for harbour crane use.
