摘要
吸取近年来电力电缆火灾事故的经验教训,通过对电力电缆火灾事故案例的整理统计,应用"故障树"技术对电缆火灾形成的原因进行识别,本着"预防为主、防抗结合"的原则,依据电力电缆火灾的起因,制定了相应的防范措施,以期提高电缆的安全运行水平,避免火灾事故的发生。
Learning the lessons of power cable fires in recent years and using the digested statistical data of the power cable fires the authors of this paper identified the causes for cable fires by the fault tree analysis method. Preventive measures were established according to different causes for power cable fires based on the principle of putting fire prevention first while combining fire prevention and fire fighting with a view to raise the safe operation level with the cable and prevent fires.
