摘要
从治理理论的研究视角,在深入剖析中国乡村社会面临的现实挑战基础上,提出了构建"和谐乡村"的治理目标,根据"以人为本"的治理理念,全面阐述了"多元自主、合作共赢"的和谐型乡村治理模式,并提出了具体的政策建议。
From the governance theory research perspective and basesd on a in-depth analysis of the actual challenges which our rural society is now facing with,this article proposes a ＂harmonious rural＂ governance goal.Besides this,in line with the ＂people oriented＂ governance philosophy,this article also makes a full exposition of a harmony rural governance model which is characterized by ＂multiple independent and cooperative win-win＂,and put forwards some concrete suggestions.
