摘要
以一种醇-酯复合萃取剂为对象,研究了复合萃取剂-磷酸-水体系的液液相平衡关系,测定了复合萃取剂-磷酸-水体系在25℃1、01.33 kPa下的液液相平衡数据并绘制了三角相图.采用恒界面池法,研究了复合萃取剂萃取湿法磷酸的动力学,得出了在60℃下硫酸-磷酸体系中萃取磷酸的动力学方程,为湿法磷酸的净化提供了一定的工程依据.
With the alcoholic-ester composite extractant as the object, the liquid-liquid equilibrium data of composite extractant-phosphoric acid-water at 25 ℃, 101. 33 kPa was measured and the triangular phase diagram was given. The extraction kinetics was studied by constant interface pool method and obtained the extraction kinetics equation of extractant of phosphoric acid in the system of sulphuric acid and phosphoric acid at 60 ℃. That could provide theory basis for the industrialization of the solvent extraction technique.
