摘要
将表面涂有渗剂的20钢试样,利用感应加热的方法进行渗铝。由于其加热速度快,晶粒细小;加热温度高,化学反应剧烈;试样表面存在电场及磁场,使渗入速度大大加快。与其它渗铝方法比较,渗速提高几倍至几十倍。本文还对渗铝层组织进行金相分析,对渗铝结果进行数学线性回归处理。
The 20 steel samples coated with aluminum bearing paste were heated within electromagnetic induction coil to implement the aluminizing process.Due to the highspeed heating and the effects of the electromagnetic field,the samples maintained fine grain sizc and the reactions in the paste coating were activated significantly.The efficiency of the alloying process was enhanced by up to tens of times in comparison to that of conventional clocctric heating method.The microstructure of the aluminized layer was examined and the diffusion coefficient of aluminum was calculated on the basis of linear regression analyze of the kinetics data of the aluminizing process.
