摘要
为解决齿轮类零件变更设计时效率低下的问题,研究基于AutoCAD二次开发的齿轮工程图自动生成的关键技术和实现方法。将机械产品参数化设计和参数化绘图等现代设计方法引入到齿轮的设计过程中,利用ObjectARX对AutoCAD进行二次开发,构建一个齿轮自动化设计系统。系统可根据设计者所录入的参数,自动生成齿轮的模数、齿数以及相应的结构尺寸等设计结果,并由该尺寸驱动自动生成齿轮的二维工程图,实现对齿轮的快速与自动化设计。
Key technique and implementation method for autogeneration of 2D engineering drawings of gear based on AutoCAD were studied in order to overcome low efficiency in design during changing of gear parts.An automatic gear design system was established by introducing parameterized design and drawing methodology,as well as ObjectARX based secondary development of AutoCAD into the procedure of gear design.The modulus of gear,number of teeth,corresponding sizes of the structure and other design results could be automatically generated by the system according to recorded parameters of design,and two-dimensional engineering drawing could be generated automatically driven by the sizes.A fast and automatic design of gear is realized.
