数控机床滚珠丝杠副计算机选型设计系统研究 被引量:7

摘要 以VC++为平台,以ANSYS的APDL语言和ACCESS数据库为工具,开发了一个数控机床滚珠丝杠副计算机选型设计系统。该系统将滚珠丝杠副设计置于整个数控机床进给传动系统之中进行研究,利用VC调用ACCESS数据库和封装APDL命令流,并将ANSYS作为一个子程序嵌套入VC,以有限元分析的结果作为判据参与校核计算以弥补传统设计方法准确性不足的弊病,从而实现滚珠丝杠副的最优化设计。实例验证了该设计系统的准确性、可靠性,为数控机床滚珠丝杠副的选型设计提供了新方法。 The computer-aided selection design system for ball screws of CNC machine tool was developed by using VC++ as a platform and APDL language and ACCESS database as tools.The ball screw's design of the system was researched which was put in the whole feeding transmission system of CNC machine.ACCESS database was called and APDL commands were encapsulated by VC.ANSYS was embeded in VC as a subroutine.The results of FEA were introduced into the checking calculation which could make up insufficient accuracy of conventional approach.The optimized design of ball screws could be accomplished.An example was used to prove the accuracy and reliability of the design system.It offers a new method for the selection design of CNC machine's ball screws.
