摘要
设计一套电机试验台系统,该试验台以液压系统作为负载。分析液压负载试验台的工作原理,介绍系统部件选择原则及方法。该系统避免使用价格昂贵的扭矩传感器,有效降低成本,结构简单,操作方便,适用于经济性要求较高的小型电机专用试验台的设计。
A set of motor test system was established which used hydraulic system as load.The working principle of hydraulic loading test-bed was analyzed.The selection principles and methods of the system component were introduced.The system cost was reduced without using the expensive torque sensor.It has simple structure and easy operation.This system is applicable to the design of special test-bed for the small motor with higher economy demand.
