摘要
采用电液数字阀对铅电解残阳极板洗涤生产线的提升装置的升降速度进行控制。分析控制系统的工作原理,利用Bode图分析系统稳定性,结果表明系统稳定性比较差。采用PID控制技术提高系统的稳定性。仿真结果表明:系统稳定性提高,超调量减小,响应速度变慢,但仍可以满足速度控制要求。
A electro-hydraulic digital valve was adopted to control the speed of the lifting appliance in the washing production line of the electrolytic anode remnants.The operation principle of the control system was analyzed.The stability of the control system was analyzed by Bode graph.The result shows that the stability of the system is relatively poor.PID control technology was used to improve the system stability.The simulation results show the stability of the system is improved,overshot value reduces and responding speed lowers down,but the requirement for speed control can still be met.
