摘要
对铸锻复合工艺生产法兰类零件进行了研究。结果表明:熔炼及脱氧操作是得到合格铸坯锻件的先决条件;二次加热可显著提高铸坯及锻件性能;摆辗成形可以大大降低变形开裂倾向,当铸坯冶金质量控制较好时可直接成形;对法兰类零件采用铸锻复合工艺成形是可行的,一般整体压下量约为其内部孔洞直径1.3倍以上时。
The compound technique of castingandforging for steel flange was investigated.The results show that the metallurgy of the castings is a prerequisite for good quality,forgings that this technique is practical for the production of the flange shape workpieces which require only a moderate mechanical property,that swing die press forming is more suitable for this technology and that a total reduction of 1.3 times of the diameter of the internal cavity will consolidate the density of the casting blanks.
