摘要
将热风炉阀门电动执行机构改造为液压执行机构,详细介绍采用DCS控制液压系统时的软、硬件设计方法和思路,分析液压系统在DCS中需要控制的常用参量和信号,以及这些参量和信号的隔离、连接、组态实现。成功地将液压系统的控制功能集成到大型的DCS控制系统之中,是对液压系统DCS控制技术的有益尝试。
Software and hardware design methods and steps using DCS to control hydraulic system were introduced when DCS electrical actuators of hot-blast stove was reformed by hydraulic actuators.Usually controlled parameters and signals and implementation of their separation,connection and configuration in hydraulic system of DCS were analyzed.All control functions of hydraulic system are successful integrated into large DCS control system to prove that the method is a helpful experiment for hydraulic system with DCS control technique.
