摘要
设计一种以永磁同步伺服电机驱动的电液混合式注塑机的控制系统,并根据熔胶工艺动作的特点及精密注塑的要求,将模糊控制与传统PID控制相结合,提出基于模糊控制规则的模糊PID控制方法及模糊PID控制器的设计思路。在Simulink环境下,对基于模糊PID控制器的熔胶系统进行仿真。仿真结果表明,模糊PID控制器比传统PID控制器具有更好的控制效果。
The mixed injection molding machine control system driven by permanent-magnet synchronous motor was designed.A fuzzy-PID controller based on fuzzy and PID control method was designed according to the characteristics of melt adhesive and demands of precision injection.The fuzzy-PID control system was simulated under Simulink environment.The simulation results show that the fuzzy-PID controller has better performance than traditional PID controller.
