摘要
设计一种"PCL-839+控制卡嵌入PC机"模式的二维步进电机运动平台控制系统;详细分析直线型速度控制算法,提出短距运动时的速度曲线改进方法;插补算法采用逐点比较法并针对直线和圆弧插补进行改进,提出一种圆弧终点校正方法。该二维平台控制系统已成功应用于激光划片机,控制效果较好。
A control system for two-dimension workbench equipped with two stepping motors was designed with a PCL-839+ control card embedded in a PC.The linear speed control algorithm was analyzed.The improving method for short distance speed control curve was proposed.The case-by-point comparison interpolation was adopted and the linear interpolation and circular interpolation were improved.A emending method for arc end point was presented.The two-dimension workbench control system has been used inlaser dicing machine and the control effect is good.
