摘要
以NoteExpress软件为例,针对科技查新工作过程中,文献量大,分析难度大,撰写报告中重复性工作较多的问题,如题录信息批量处理、查重及分析文献、做笔记、标注、关联文献等,尝试利用文献管理软件予以解决,对提高查新员的工作效率进行探讨。
This article probes into raising the work efficiency by trying to use document management software.NoteExpress is a case in point,sci-tech novelty search work involves great quantity of bibliography information to be dealt with,much repetition work in writing the reports,duplication checking,document analysis,note-taking,mark-making,relevant document searching,etc..
