摘要
通过大量的试验分析对比指出,二次淬火马氏体的低强度、高脆性是造成高碳合金钢及渗碳件磨削裂纹的直接原因。采用控制碳势渗碳。
A lot of experiments on high carbon steel & carburizing parts have been tested.The results show that the grinding cracks are due to low strength and high brittleness of the secondary martensite.It can avoid producing the grinding cracks effectively by subzero treatment,or by controlled carburizing concentration,or tempered many times.
