阅读疗法副作用探析

对阅读疗法副作用的定义和历史进行了阐述,并从心理学上分析了阅读疗法副作用的机理,认为阅读疗法副作用产生的因素为:误读误阅书籍、阅读书籍搭配不当、阅读量不当、治疗过程中忽略禁忌、心理影响机制复杂、治疗师的影响。但也要注意到,阅读疗法的副作用和治疗作用可以相互转化。

This article expounds the definition and history of side effects of reading therapy,and makes an analysis of the mechanism of the side effects.The author holds that from the psychological analysis,the factors leading to the side effects are as follows： reading unsuitable books and journals,different sorts of books and journals being improperly paired up with,inappropriate reading quantities,taboos ignored in reading,complexity of the mechanism of psychological effects,and the misleading of the psychiatrists,etc..Be clearly aware that the positive effects and the negative effects of reading therapy can be interchangeable under certain conditions.
