摘要
为了优化铸旋铝合金轮毂的生产工艺,基于旋压变形的特点,建立了铸旋铝合金轮毂三旋轮热旋压复杂过程的三维有限元模型。采用所建立的有限元模型对实际的A356合金轮毂铸坯热旋压过程进行了数值模拟,对旋压载荷进行了分析,为旋压设备的选择和模具设计提供了依据;同时研究了铸坯开口角和旋轮轨迹分别对轮辋和内轮缘处应变分布的影响规律,获得了合理的开口角度和优化的旋轮轨迹。
A FEM model for hot spinning process of cast-spinning aluminum alloy wheel was built,so as to optimize the corresponding process parameters.The load on spinning wheels during spinning was analyzed,which can be the theoretical guidance for selecting proper spinning machine.And the effects of open-angel of the cast billet and the route path of the spinning wheels on strain distribution are then discussed.The results show that the optimal open-angel is 18° and proper change of spinning path can improve the deformation at the inner flange.
