摘要 针对铝合金双层杯件的结构特点,提出了闭式冷挤压成形工艺方案,并研究了不同坯料形状对成形过程的影响。采用有限元模拟软件对双层杯件成形过程进行了数值模拟,比较分析了不同坯料对变形过程中的金属流动、应变以及载荷曲线等的影响,预测了该双层杯件成形过程中的缺陷及产生原因,得出了最优成形工艺方案,可获得高质量、高精度的锻件,实现近净成形。 Devoted to the structure feature of the aluminum alloy double-layer cylinder part,closed-cold extrusion technology for net-near shape forming was put forward,and the influence of billet shape on its forming progress was studied.The software of finite element simulation was used to simulate the forming process,through which the metal flow,effective stress and forming load of different billets were analyzed and compared also.The forming defects and their causations that may happed during the forming progress of double-layer cylinder part were analyzed,and feasible control measures were proposed in order to reduce the wear of the dies and get the products with high quality and high precision.The research can give reference for other products with the same type.
