Research and productive application of BeCu Plunger in the Die Casting

摘要 分析了化学成分和热处理工艺参数对铍铜合金硬度和组织的影响。随着含Ni量的增加,析出物数量增多,铍铜硬度提高。铍铜压射冲头的使用寿命是球铁压射冲头的2.5倍多。另外。 The effects of composition and heat treatment technique on the hardness and constituent of BeCu alloy are studied.With the increase of Ni content,the hardness and the amount of precipitated phase are obviously increased.The life of the BeCu plunger is 2.5 times of the nodular plunger.The failure of plunger in working is also primarily analysed.
