摘要
针对塑料原材料、塑料件结构、注塑成形工艺条件、注塑模具、注塑设备等方面,对注塑件出现质量问题的原因进行了分析,并提出了预防和改进措施,提高了注塑件质量,降低了生产成本。
The causes of injection molding quality flaw are analysed from plastic raw materials,the plastic structure,the injection molding technological conditions,mold,equipment etc..Improvement measures are proposed.Thus the quality of injection molding parts is improved and the production cost is reduced.
