Failure Analysis of the Block Die of Planet Gears

行星齿轮粗锻模时常发生塑性变形失效，严重影响了生产，大大增加了生产成本。本文分析论证了行星齿轮粗锻模塑性变形失效的原因。

The block die of planet gears is easy to failure due to plastic deformation,so the gear production is interrupted seriously,the production cost is increased greatly.In this paper the reasons of die failure are analysed and deonstrated.theoretical basis for solution of the problem is offered.
