摘要
向熔融三号工业纯Cu中加入微量Li,得到表面光滑、内部致密的铜锭。研究Li对工业纯Cu结晶形态的影响,结果表明:Li能消除合金凝固的枝晶区并使之转变为等轴晶区。最后从凝固理论及凝固过程热分析出发。
A series of copper ingots with smooth surface and inner soundness have been gotten for different lithium additions to molten copper.The effect of lithium on casting structures of pure coppers has been researched.The results showed that the dendritic crystal area of alloy was eliminated by Li addition and the equiaxed strcture was substitued for dentritic crystal.On the basis of solidification theory and DTA curve,the reason for structure transformation is explained.
