锂消除纯铜铸造枝晶组织的研究

The Effect of Lithium on Casting Structures of Pure Copper

向熔融三号工业纯Ｃｕ中加入微量Ｌｉ，得到表面光滑、内部致密的铜锭。研究Ｌｉ对工业纯Ｃｕ结晶形态的影响，结果表明：Ｌｉ能消除合金凝固的枝晶区并使之转变为等轴晶区。最后从凝固理论及凝固过程热分析出发。

A series of copper ingots with smooth surface and inner soundness have been gotten for different lithium additions to molten copper.The effect of lithium on casting structures of pure coppers has been researched.The results showed that the dendritic crystal area of alloy was eliminated by Li addition and the equiaxed strcture was substitued for dentritic crystal.On the basis of solidification theory and DTA curve,the reason for structure transformation is explained.
