摘要
采用沉积沉淀法制备了金催化剂(Au/Fe2O3),考察了其在常温常湿下对CO的氧化反应作用及其自身的稳定性。结果表明,低负载量的金催化剂同样有很高的活性;前驱体种类,焙烧温度及时间,沉淀剂种类,金含量等因素对催化剂的活性有较大影响。n(Au)/n(Au+Fe)为0.72%、焙烧温度250℃~350℃时制得的催化剂同样具有很高的活性和抗水性,于25℃连续加入饱和水蒸汽反应20h可保持CO完全转化。
The catalytic performances of Au/Fe2O3 catalysts prepared by deposition-precipitation for CO oxidation at ambient temperature and moisture were studied.It was found that low gold loading Au/Fe2O3 catalysts exhibited high activity for the reaction and the activity of the catalysts was greatly changed with the variation of the precursor,precipitant,calcination temperature,and Au loading amount.The Au/Fe2O3 catalyst with an Au/(Au+Fe) atomic ratio of 0.72 % prepared by calcining at 250-350℃ in air for 4h showed the highest activity and the best ability of resisting moisture,over which,even though the feed gas saturated with water vapor,CO conversion could reach 100% for at least 20h at 25℃.
