摘要
天然气制乙炔装置的一座填料塔,在一次事故中,由于内部局部高温,塔壁产生塑性变形的鼓包,本文对产生缺陷后的塔体进行了强度校核和稳定性校核,评估其安全性,以期为装置的安全稳定运行提供保障。
Plastically deforming swelling defects appeared on the inner surface of an industrial vacuum degasifier for acetylene production from natural gas caused by accidental local high temperature.Strength and stability detection and check of the degasifier body were conducted for safety evaluation on its operation.
