核电厂应急监测策略

Strategies on Environmental Emergency Monitoring for Nuclear Power Plant

综述了目前国内外核电厂环境辐射监测策略研究的现状与发展趋势,分析了核电厂应急监测需要关注的主要问题,包括应急监测的概念和范围、基本原则和要求、监测内容、组织管理策略、核事故时序和各阶段的应急监测策略、基础设施和设备需求、采样策略、需要关注的核素及其分析方法、质量管理策略等,在此基础上形成了应急监测策略的分析方法。提出今后应在应急监测数据管理、应急监测技术经济代价分析、应急取样与监测方法的研发和优化、应急监测数据同化技术及应急监测质量保证等方面开展进一步研究。

It reviewed current situation and development of environmental radiation monitoring strategy for nuclear power plants in China and abroad.The problems of nuclear emergency monitoring were analyzed including concept of emergency monitoring and scope,basic principles and requirements,monitoring items,strategy of organization and management,timing of nuclear accidents and various stages of emergency monitoring strategy,infrastructure and facility requirements,sampling strategy,wanted nuclide and its analysis,and quality management strategy.Based on the analysis,emergency monitoring method was established for further study on management of emergency monitoring data,economic cost analysis of emergency monitoring technology,development and optimization of emergency sampling and monitoring method,assimilation technology of emergency monitoring data,as well as quality assurance of emergency monitoring.
