单光子发射型计算机断层摄影测定器官体积的方法研究

摘要 目的评价单光子发射型计算机断层摄影(SPECT)测定器官体积的准确性。方法 (1)采用Siemens Ecam型SPECT仪对11个盛有高锝酸盐(99TcmO4-)普通圆柱体塑料杯进行断层扫描,利用SPECT仪自带的体积计算软件计算体积。(2)实际体积等于其内充99TcmO4-液体的体积。(3)将SPECT测定的结果与实际体积进行统计分析。结果 SPECT计算的体积与实际体积比较,差异无统计学意义(t=0.890,P=0.395),二者有高度相关性(r=0.994,P<0.001)结论SPECT能够较准确计算器官的体积。 Objective To assess the accuracy of organ volume(weight)by SPECT.Methods(1)11 ordinary cylinder plastic cups with 99TcmO4-(74 MBq)were tomographed by Siemens Ecam SPECT and their volume were determined by using the volume-calculated soft ware SPECT.(2)The actual volume was equal to the volume of 99TcmO4-in cup.(3)The volume(weight)of 99TcmO4-calculated by SPECT was compared with actual volume of 99TcmO4-.Results The difference between actual and calculated volume of 99TcmO4-was not statistically significant(t=0.890,P=0.395).The two results had a good correlation(r=0.994,P0.001).Conclusion SPECT can calculate the volume of organ relatively and accurately.
