组织工程脊髓损伤修复的种子细胞选择 被引量:2

摘要 脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)的治疗面临着巨大挑战,目前仍无理想的治疗方法。SCI的治疗必须克服损伤脊髓局部神经元数量匮乏、轴突再生能力弱、神经营养因子不足、各种轴突再生抑制因素以及胶质瘢痕、空洞形成等障碍。随着对SCI研究的不断深入,应用组织工程学方法通过组织水平的脊髓重构治疗SCI取得了长足进步,成为最受瞩目的方法之一。
