摘要
目的探讨中关合作社区护理社会实践的模式与影响。方法将2006~2010年来自中国(2所学校)、美国(1所学校)的90名护理专业学生进行分组,对小学生实施破冰、体格检查、健康促进、家庭访视等社区护理实践社会活动,提交反思日记。采用自行设计的问卷对实践活动进行评价。结果60名中国学生小组成绩为(45.60±2.71)分、反思日记(42.80±4.37)分。学生对实践活动的主观评价7个项目均分均超过4分,达满意水平。结论中美合作社区护理社会实践能够提高护生专业技能与综合素质,提供国际间专业交流、学习的机会,推动护理专业国际化发展进程。
Objective To explore the effects of China US joint community nursing practice mode. Methods Ninety nursing students from 3 colleges in China and US during the year 2006 to 2010 were divided into groups. Social practices including ice breaking, physical examination, health promotion, family visits, etc. , were conducted for primary school students. Nursing students were asked to submitt reflective diaries. A self-designed questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of the practice. Results Sixty Chinese nursing students scored (45.60±2.71) points in group grade, and their reflective diaries scored (42.80± 4.37) points. Their subjective appraisal of 7 items of the joint community social practice scored above 4, reaching satisfaction level. Conclusion ChinaUS joint community nursing practice can improve practicing skills as well as competence of nursing students, enable communication and learning interactions among different nations, and promote internationalization of nursing.
