贫困本科护生的职业生涯规划与就业取向分析

Analysis of career planning and employment orientation in impoverished nursing undergraduates

目的了解贫困本科护生的自我认知、职业定位和职业分析现状,提出针对性对策帮助他们建立正确的职业观。方法对63名贫困护生采用专题小组讨论和个别访谈的方法,了解护生对制定职业生涯规划及就业取向方面内心真实的想法。结果贫困护生自我认知方面:48名(76.2%)、32名(50.8%)、21名(33.3%)护生对自己的性格、兴趣、能力有所了解,但对自身优势、劣势、发展潜力等比较模糊和不确定。职业定位:52名(82.5%)选择临床护理,3名(4.8%)选择护理教育,选择护理研究、继续深造、其他行业的各2名,还有2名(男护生)不确定自己的职业定位。职业分析:44名(69.8%)认为护理专业发展与本科生就业前景良好,专业思想相对比较稳定;23名(36.5%)则认为只要能就业就行,对就业单位没有特别要求。结论贫困护生在职业生涯规划自我分析、职业定位、职业分析中的专业发展与就业前景、择业影响因素上存在一定的误区。护理教育者应针对存在的问题,制定相应的对策,为他们的就业创造有利条件。

Objective To comprehend self-recognition, career planning and employment orientation of impoverished nursing undergraduates, and to help them build up appropriate career outlook. Methods Totally, 63 impoverished nursing undergraduates were investigated in terms of their career planning and employment orientation through focus group discussion and individual interview. Results As for self-recognition, 48 （76.2%）, 32 （50.8 % ） and 21 （33.3 % ） students had certain knowledge about their characters, interests and capabilities respectively. However, they had a blur and uncertain vision about their strengths, weaknesses, potentials, etc. As for career orientation, 52 （82.5%） chose clinical nursing, 3 （4.8%） preferred nursing education, and 2 would like to go in nursing research, 2 would like to have furter study and 2 wanted to be engaged in other career. Furthermore, 2 male nursing undergraduates had not decided their career yet. As for career analysis,44 （69.8%） students believed that nursing profession and the employment of undergraduates enjoyed a strong outlook, and they had stable professional attitude; 23 （36.5%） students only wished for good employment and didn＇t have particular expectation for their future employers. Conclusion Impoverished nursing undergraduates have certain misunderstandings on their self-recognition, employment orientation and career analysis, especially in the aspects of career promotion and employment prospect. Nursing educators should formulate corresponding countermeasures and create better conditions for their employment.
