摘要
分析了熔透控制技术的发展现状,提出了利用熔池谐振技术进行熔透控制的方法,并对其原理、传感技术、实时控制系统和控制结果进行了讨论。该技术为熔透控制技术的实际应用提供了一个新的途径。
The development of weld penetration control technology in Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) is analyzed in this paper. The method making use of weld pool resonance technology for penetration control is brought out. Its principle, signal sensing technology, real - time control system and the controlling result are discussed as well. This method provides a new way for application of weld penetration control technology.
