摘要
基于对脱碳再生塔失效现状进行的调查,运用常规设计和分析两种设计方法,分析了该再生塔失效的主要原因。通过对脱碳再生塔球冠形中间封头形状的调整,给出了合理的改进措施。
A survey is made of the present status of failure of the decarbonizer-regenerator, and the main causes for its failure are analyzed by two design methods, viz., the conventional and analytical design methods. By readjustment of the shape of the spherical crown intermediate cap of the decorboni- zer-regenerator, rational improvement measures are obtained.
