摘要
针对水溶液全循环尿素装置存在的蒸汽和液氨消耗较高的问题,采取了相应的改造措施。扩能改造后,吨尿素氨耗降低4~5kg、蒸汽耗降低150kg,效果明显。
In view of the problems of high steam and liquid ammonia consumption existing in an aqueous solution total recycle urea unit, relevant revamp measures are taken. After the revamp for ca- pacity increase the consumption of ammonia per ton of urea decreases by 4 -5 kg, steam by 150 kg, with remarkable results.
